Saab driving home for Christmas
With the 242sten contribution this year, we say goodbye to our readers in the Christmas holidays. Mark and I wish all Saab drivers, fans of the brand and their families and friends a peaceful and harmonious holiday season!
If we have brought a little more Saab into the world and the everyday life of our readers this year, if it was fun to read on the blog, then we have accomplished our mission. The small brand from Trollhättan is something very special, a Swedish jewel with a long history. Owning and driving the vehicles is a privilege in an environment where things are becoming more and more arbitrary.
Saab driving home for Christmas....
Our readers may remember: We wanted to travel to Sweden with Paul, our project saab, in October. But then the station wagon decided to take the really big drama card and, seriously ill, had to go to the workshop. Paul seems to have a certain weakness for highly dramatic productions, and I'll tell his story in January.
The big Christmas surprise, from Saab Blog Perspective, came from Frankfurt this year. Today we got the 9-5 home. He is now running like the famous Swiss movement, many thanks to Saab Service Frankfurt!
Mark and I had a lot of fun writing the blog in 2016, even if it was always a challenge. During the days off, which belong to our families, the blog is idle. The announced updates and improvements will take place in the next week; the blog will then be offline for a period of time.
But no worry! After a short break we will be back at the latest in the second week of January. With new ideas and saabiger reporting.
Until then, we wish our readers and our blog supporters what the world desperately needs: peace, not only for our country, but for all states and all people. More tolerance and humanity, and an end to senseless terror and indiscriminate killing.
Merry Christmas! God Jul!
Highly dramatic productions seem to be the 9-5. I also have a story to tell ...
