The Swedish real estate company Hemfosa is ready to buy the Saab real estate in Trollhättan and pay more than 290 million Swedish kroner for it. After the investor Vladimir Antonov withdrew from the business, Hemfosa is now the current candidate.
Circles that are close to the DI report a price currently at 300 million crowns, although currently in the buildings nothing is produced. Should Saab start production again, it will be a jackpot for Hemfosa, a source told Dagens Industri.
Suppliers were called on Monday for a conference call with the plant in Trollhättan, several sources reported. An indication that a start of production would be at least possible.
Today, Saab confirmed to 9: 49 the teleconferencing conference with the suppliers, which is scheduled for lunchtime.
The sale of the property and the lease back process is currently a pure need for Saab to bridge the time until the entry of the new Chinese owners is approved.
