Saab News: Saab Location, Saab 9-5 and Bloggers Blues

The unions have decided not to file for bankruptcy today. Saab, so the view is working hard on a permanent solution to the problems. Only then, if one does not give these efforts on the part of the trade unions any chance, only then one wants to put the bankruptcy application.

The IF Metal and the Union seem to be in agreement at least for the moment. At the same time, however, they say that all preparations have been made and that an application without a time delay is possible.

The only strange thing is the share price, which rose today in Amsterdam by a good 26%, with a large trading volume. Almost 10% of the “Swedish Automobile” shares were traded again. I don't have an interpretation because I have the blues today.

There is more bad news from the supplier IAC, which is also in dire straits. The tax office has instructed the Kronofogden to enforce 95 million crowns in overdue taxes. As far as I know, Saab owed IAC 44 million, but has in the meantime paid several million. IAC is one of Saab's “key” suppliers. If IAC goes bankrupt, you have a very big problem in the Stallbacka.

In this news situation you get the blues. On the one hand because one longs for a solution, on the other hand because the uncertain situation could call into question the very advanced IAA preparations.

The blues increase even more at the moment, sitting in a brand-new Saab 9-5 XWD. Now the blog has never received a Saab 9-5 for a review, which is a shame. No matter, also for free. But once, a long time ago, I was able to drive one of the first Saab 9-5 that came to Germany.

Today, by accident, I was able to drive several BAB kilometers in a twin-turbo diesel and four-wheel drive Saab 9-5. The difference to the first Saab 9-5, which ran a good year ago, and the current 9-5 is huge. The workmanship is almost perfect, the suspension tuning much, much better and at all. The interior was worth seeing. More photos that I made on the fast and a few more lines to follow the Saab soon.

If you sit in this car, driving relaxed on the highway, you will notice the many missed chances of Saab.

Bloggers blues just.

  • Good that you were not alone 🙂

Let's see how it goes with Saab.

  • How can one by chance enjoy the benefit of motorway kilometers in the current 9-5? That has never happened to me. I notice a reader blues ascend 🙂

  • The bad thing is, people are still buying (ordering) the cars !! If only production could restart.

    But hope dies last.
