Saab Location: Waiting for the court order

The decision of the district court in Vänersborg is expected today. Yesterday's application for reconstruction, which is not bankruptcy, is based on a detailed business or restructuring plan.

Only the Saab management and the judges know the content. Yesterday, Victor Muller shared the first details with the public. For example, supplier liabilities are to be serviced at 100% as part of the restructuring process.

Both the Swedish national suppliers and the European suppliers' association CLEPA yesterday welcomed the step into the reconstruction and announced the support for Saab. Even a partial voluntary waiver is in the air. Proposed today by the suppliers, not by Saab.

Because, as the exceptionally unanimous opinion, everything is better than a bankruptcy. Why this change in sentiment only now comes and why companies like Kongsberg Automotive did not want to be patient enough to wait for investors to get in is the question.

A reader from the People's Republic of China told us today that Pang Da and Youngman are at 06.09. submitted the entry plans of the NDRC.

In the short term, we can not verify this, but based on our information we assume that the NDRC is sympathetic to the plans.

Today we will know more during the day. If the local court gives the green light, then much is won. Until then, everything is open.
