SAAB Location: Everything has already gone in Sweden?

A short update on the situation in Sweden. The contracts to sell the Saab legacy had already been negotiated and should have been signed last weekend. The same report several sources from Sweden and the media. What no one dares to say who should become the new owner and whether it comes to the complete sale.

Letter from Vaenersborg
Letter from Vaenersborg

Here there were a lot of misinterpretations in the last week. Some more details became known on the weekend and show how far the process has already progressed. The district court in Vänersborg, which is responsible for the Saab trial, already sent the 24.05 on Thursday. Write to the Saab creditors. The letter from Sweden is in the original.

The content: The recipient can not expect a quota from the procedure. Should it nevertheless come to a distribution, then comes another information.

Thus it is clear that the financial data from the sale is already established and only as expected, the predominantly collateralized or legally preferred creditors are served. The purchase price will therefore be below the threshold of what the state and privileged creditors demand.

The process continued over the weekend. There is no current knowledge, but this could change at any time.

We were the lead agency of saab in Austria and have also received this letter. This is a bit of official German and means that the demands have been accepted and that the process continues. One expects 2-3 years for a report. Pure formality.

The whole thing I see as a pure tactic of the insolvency administrator! I would be surprised if the contracts with the new owner of Saab are already completed and now small details (collection, announcement) are regulated.

We all know the LAST date!
At the end of June, all previous leases expire.
Then the new owner moves in.

Typical Springer Verlag with its Autoxxx and the stupid newspaper, which always sees a model from the VW group in front ... Of course, they have to see a cult brand like Saab bankrupt / dead. It could be that there are models that could really compete with those from VW and Audi.
Just like that: In 1988 I decided on a Saab 900 instead of an Audi Coupe. A few years later I saw why in a frontal crash with such an Audi Coupe. I had a few bruises on my hand, the other had to be hospitalized with a suspected broken rib and concussion. There were no airbags on my Saab yet ...

As I have already written that the bomb is ticking and at the end everything is good for a good start and off
Neither party has any of it, neither the Swedish government nor Saab and the people of Saab, for me it is all no longer human and close, fully drawable,

Sounds like a daily possible solution. I'm curious what the Swedes hatched for SAAB.

After the long duration of the proceedings and the enormous expenses for it (Bergqvist & Co.), one does not want to hear that there could be no complete sale - more than the sum now offered by Youngman-Lotus was probably no longer expected.

In addition, it is also doubtful that in the event of a possible
on the other hand, a higher total would come out the bottom line.

Overall, I am - probably like most of the SAAB community - highly dissatisfied with the processing method that has recently become visible, including the inadequate flow of information.

Let's see whether the inconsistencies continue or whether a reasonably understandable result finally comes out - namely Youngman-Lotus as the new owner and not some third-class E. car consortium or even stranger results!

What I read is that it actually worked, but only depends on politics and the like. Hopefully the process will clear this hurdle quickly and with good results.

I see that too. What is this secretiveness for now? Could then only mean that they have screwed up and do not dare to announce that now. Let the cat out of the bag.
