Our Saab Photo Contest goes into the next round. With most Saab vacation pictures you get really wanderlust but my annual vacation is only a few days away and therefore close enough to touch. Marco starts with his Saab. He was traveling in Austria with his 9-3 BioBower and sent us pictures of the Alm and the well-known ski jump in Bischofshofen.
A Saab is - as often written - on long distances at home. Benjamin took that literally and was on a big tour with his Saab 9-3 I. 4.700 kilometers in two weeks are impressive, but unfortunately not enough for the price of the longest journey. About Belgium it went to England and then towards Scotland. A detailed travelogue by Benjamin follows and will be published on the blog.
Otto was traveling with his Saab 900 Cabriolet in Tuscany, one of the classic destinations. Saab and Porsche on the way over the Alps - beautiful pictures. The Saab 900 is a timeless design icon that makes a good impression anytime, anywhere. Another Saab Cabriolet, also traveling south, was photographed several years ago.
The Saab 900 Cabriolet of the first series is a coveted classic. The Saab 9-3 Griffin Cabriolet will be it, you do not need a glass ball. Olaf has been driving Saab for many years and started his personal Saab Story with a Saab 900 Turbo. Over two Saab 9000 and several Saab 9 3 he came now to the very rare Saab 9 3 Griffin Cabriolet. He has sent in a holiday picture from Wittgensteiner Land. A beautiful car and hopefully we'll all keep our fingers crossed, not the conclusion of an automotive passion. Olaf and all other senders thank you for the great pictures.
