SAAB News: Saab 9-4x Aero landed!
Update: 14: 12
He would have changed the perception of Saab in the public and he would have opened up new groups of buyers. The Saab 9-4x could have done a lot of moving and those who were allowed to see and drive the 9-4x were full of praise. As we know, it has not come to an official launch for the European markets, and only small numbers have been built for the US.

But even with the US setup, the 9-4x drives sporty and has a huge amount of fun potential. Mark had the pleasure of driving the Saab and has one Fahrbericht delivered, and also from me there is a detailed Test. Anyone who was allowed to move the Saab 9-4x did not want to give it back ... a fact that speaks for the car. If it had also been built for Europe, there would be one in our carport today ... if we had got one, because the planned quantities for Germany were small.

Far up in the north, at Saab Service Kiel - Autohaus Lafrentz GmbH, this beautiful Saab 9-4x Aero has stood since yesterday. The Saab enthusiasts from Kiel imported the sporty all-wheel drive from the USA and are currently retrofitting it for German roads. The 9-4x in the color “Crystal Red”, a color that I have now seen for the first time, looks more than good and is particularly exclusive. Only two copies left the factory in Mexico in this color scheme.

“Crystal Red” reminds me of the traditional, sporty red tones of the design icon Saab 900 Turbo 16S, and with that the 9-4x Aero would be in good company. The Saab from the USA is still available. I still say, because there are already interested parties that are marked. So he could be sold very fast and* possibly Saab Service Kiel would bring more copies to Germany.
Which, it is admitted, will not be easy. Even in the United States, 9-4x are now hard to come by.
PS: Our family growth has nothing to do with Saab. That too is there
* Update: As Markus Lafrentz has just told us, the 9-4x is no longer available. The Lafrentz family keeps the Saab 9-4x and complements their own Saab collection. A decision I can understand. I wouldn't have given this car away either. For those interested in other 9-4x from the USA, Kiel has an open ear. Contact is welcome.

Is this the second copy in the world?

So, who wants, who wants, who has not yet?
What you do not know, you do not miss?
Thankfully I never saw a 9-4X and never sat in one.
If I see the pictures of this great car I could be weak. Pity it is not built. And the color is a dream!
So now I have to go for a round of comfort with my 9-3 Cab.
I wish everyone a nice weekend!
Greetings from Bad Salzdetfurth!
Hallo,
I was traveling around Boston for 3 weeks in the summer of last year. So I went to a Saab dealer and there were many of the new Saab 9-4x in the yard and even more Saab 9-5 II. Back then I was thrilled to see 5 of them in a row. Great car. I was lucky to get a new 9-5 II in Germany at the end of March. Today I would also like to have the 9-4x in my collection in addition to a 9-3 Cabriolet from 1999. Nice that we Saab fans might still enjoy watching a 9-4 times on our streets. Let's hope that Kiel can still get some of the vehicles from the USA here.

A dream of a car!
Luckily I was able to sit in Leipzig at least once.
Thanks to Autohaus Peter in Erfurt it was even possible for my wife ubd to drive a new 9-5 2 day. The two vehicles will never exist, a shame.
So first of all, I need to maintain my 9-3 Vector well until when?
Envy!
A great car, a brilliant car!
I was sitting on 11 in a 9-4X on the SAAB dealer tour in November and I felt the same way, I did not want to get out.
At that time I was first thinking about converting the 11-9 II Aero Sportcombi XWD, which had been ordered in late summer 5, into a 9-4X ...
... now I'm driving an Aero Turbo4 sedan, I'm still totally thrilled, but would want more space every now and then ...
Every time I see an 9-4X on a picture or a 9-5 II in reality, I think that those two did not deserve their fate. Pity about it.
I would not have sold that either. Great car and looks great from every perspective.
Wow ... great car (also in color - although otherwise I'm not really a “red” fan).
Damn, if I only had the change at the moment ......
I am very jealous ... and sad ... 😉
