Photo competition summer - sun - Saab: part 6

New week, more Saab photos. Say one of the brand would not be alive. Saab is a cult and anyone who is allowed to drive his turbo turbo on a daily basis has a smile on his face in the early morning. Our Saab pictures come today from different regions. It starts with Saxony-Anhalt, a region which Ronny sees as being unduly undervalued. The pictures were taken in Freyburg on the Unstrut, the northernmost viticulture area in Europe.

Saab 9-3 at the Marmolada, photo by Zsolt

The motif with its Saab 9-5 sports suit reminds of Tuscany, but is demonstrably Saxony-Anhalt. The rims on the 9-5 are among my favorites and are especially good for the Saab. Thanks for the pictures!

Have I ever mentioned that I liked the yellow tones of the different Saab Cabriolets particularly well? From the legendary Saab 900 Monte Carlo to the latest models. An appropriate Saab 9-3 convertible has Zsolt and he has emailed us pictures from the mountains of the Dolomites. Beautiful Saab motifs, taken at the Sella Pass, Lago di Tobolino, Marmolada and Stelvio Pass. With these pictures there is guaranteed wanderlust!

Let's stay with the wonderful Saab Cabriolets and let's switch from sunny Italy to the island to Great Britain. A Saab Cabriolet is a dream car and Theo and his wife traveled 3929 kilometers on vacation through southern England this summer. With his Saab 9-3 Aero Cabriolet, "Hirschen" and with the incomparably good seats, no problem as he says. The pictures come from Dartmoor-Devon and form a great contrast to the pictures from Italy. And what do we learn? Any weather is Saab Cabriolet weather.

Even more Saab 9-3 Cabriolet pictures come from Günter from Austria. With his family, the four-legged friend of course on board, he is on the move at Lake Constance and in the Vorlarlberg. He then also called his pictures “Cooling off at Lake Constance” and “Sommerarlberg Tour”. Great and thanks for the submission to Vienna!

For today enough convertibles, now our look to the Saab 9-5 II. Klaus is thrilled with his new Sweden, we had already published a holiday picture of him. The current photo comes from the marina in Grömitz. The holiday trip, with two megastores, has survived the family completely relaxed. With 5 people aboard, rear entertainment for the kids, and roof box, the all-wheel drive Saab has just consumed 9.5 liters of fuel on 100 kilometers. A super touring car says Klaus and the Saab blog crew agrees.

As a visitor to Hamburg, I almost only know the Elbe tunnel in traffic jams. It is also possible without, at least shortly before 6 a.m. Gunnar sent this picture titled “Northwards” and it is typical of us Saab fans. Because very often we are heading north to Scandinavia.

From the Frankfurt Saab community is an integral part of Torsten, who drives a beautiful, black Saab 900 Tubro 16S. Not only he, but also his entire family is thrilled Saab. From the Lahn come his holiday pictures, Saab 900 with Canadians and photographed in the back light.

What are we missing today? Right, we did not have a Saab 9-3 sportswear yet. Christian from Dresden saves the honor of us sports team drivers. His pictures prove that a compact station wagon can accommodate 4 passengers and holiday luggage. He has vacationed with his family and Saab in the Bavarian Forest, from there come the great Saab motifs. His son also likes the Saab, so Christian tells us. That's good, because we also need the very young fans for the brand from Trollhättan. Thanks for the pictures!

Our photo competition, supported by the Saab Parts AB, will run until the 15.September. This day is also deadline, later submissions will not be considered.
