Was it a coincidence? On the Saab dealer tour two years ago, the only song on the hard drive of our Saab 9-5 sports suit was “Hey, Soul Sister”. So the song ran day and night and I am still associated with Saab, the sports suit and the dealer tour today.
It was a time of hope and departure for Saab, and we had a lot of fun with our great cars. Add to this this song that puts you in a good mood and makes you optimistic and that goes perfectly with driving Saab. Yesterday - I was working on the Mac - some TV show was playing in the background. Suddenly I heard the song ... and my attention was caught. That sounded like Saab!
So it is, because the song by Train belongs to the film “Vincent want's Sea". Florian David Fitz plays Vincent suffering from Tourette syndrome and drives with his friends in a Saab 900 towards the sea. With friend Marco, who lured me that a Saab 900 plays a role, I saw the film in 2010 in the cinema and we were both thrilled. A year later, none of us had expected that I would hear this song every day in a pre-series Saab. But that's life. Colorful and full of surprises!
The film's background is serious, but Fitz plays his role so well that you absolutely have to tune in. On Wednesday “Vincent wants sea” will run on Sat20.15 at 1:9 pm. Why our Saab of all places had the song from the film on the hard drive and nothing else will probably remain a Swedish secret forever. Maybe the Swedes were planning an introductory spot for the 5-XNUMX sports combination with this soundtrack, maybe it was a coincidence.
The film Saab was for sale after the filming and was auctioned on Ebay. Maybe he has stayed in the community and belongs to a reader on the blog.
Our start to the Saab and Auto Year 2013 begins with the next article on the blog. Stay tuned!
