It was 10 years ago that Saab introduced the new 9-3 Cabriolet. The advertising in the USA ran under the slogan "The State of Independence". A place, according to the advertisement, where all convertibles have a turbo under the bonnet and the sun is shining. Today, 10 years later, turbocharging has established itself across the board.
