SAAB anti-slip pad. Practical test.
The Saab spring weeks are tough! If you choose the spring check, an oil change or the Exclusive Service Package, you get a Saab anti-slip pad free of charge at attractive prices. How good that our 9000 anniversary was just a guest in Bamberg. So there was a pad for inspection. But with give-aways it's always a thing! They have to fit the product and they have to serve your purpose.
Otherwise frustration quickly arises. We are on the tooth and take the opportunity to put our new Saab anti-slip pad through a tough, relentless practical test. Everyone can hold smart phones and keys, that's free! A product with the Saab lettering and the cult saying "..more than a car" must be able to do more ...
What could be more obvious than testing it for “Easter bunny suitability” shortly before Easter. These are difficult conditions. An Easter egg is naturally round, not the best conditions for transport. And Master Rabbit has a high focus. Hmm ...
As the bunny and Easter eggs congregate on the pad, we have to realize that this give-away looks really good! Glossy black with a striking Saab print. You can't find something like this anywhere else and you can't buy it. Our nine test Easter eggs and a little bunny fit easily. More would be possible, but was secretly eaten away before Easter.
We start ! The Saab, the blogger, an Easter bunny and nine chocolate eggs make their way to the neighboring town. The turbo hisses, the road is winding. Bunny and eggs are not to be impressed. A Saab is a safe car and a Saab anti-slip pad is a safe means of transport for Meister Lampe and his friends. It's good that it's cool and no sun is shining 🙂 Otherwise it would have been too warm for the chocolate passengers under the windshield.
We arrive well in the neighboring town, where the test is also ended unplanned. Because it's the end of the test track for nine chocolate eggs and an Easter bunny. The children of our friends discover rabbits and eggs, what happens then is clear. Back it goes without the passengers. What a rabbit life!
The German branch of Saab Parts AB did a good job with the selection. The anti-slip pad is 100% suitable for Easter bunnies and can do more than we expected. Even the Meister Lampe was easy to transport, and the pad holds so well that the chocolate passengers won't even want to let go.
Attentive readers may notice that I was neither on the “test track” with the Turbo X nor with a Saab 9000. Our fleet has finally grown and the “Silver Aero” project is on the road. The story will come up next week.
Allen Saab drivers and fans of the brand beautiful Easter days from the entire team SaabBlog.net!

That was probably this year's April Fool's joke. Nice idea.

Very nice Easter items, you Tom, your family and all Saabfahrern a nice Easter.
See you soon in Trollhattan!
(Incidentally, next week workshop appointment, hopefully with pad!
PS: By the way, if the pads become grubby (dust, etc.), simply rinse with plain water and they are like new.
Is not there a possibility to get this VERY practical pad also in the fan shop?
Spring Action in Northern Germany = 0
Happy Easter
Is the Silver Aero now an 9-3 or an 9-5?
As always Saab no man's land Hannover and surroundings, nothing to get!
Yes, as “Lower Saxony around the state capital” we don't have it as easy with our Saabs as drivers from other regions…. ;-(
Silver Aero has finally betrayed =)
Happy Easter everyone!
The Easter Bunny is driving SAAB, I always knew it! Nice days to all SAAB drivers!
My wife came back a few weeks ago with a pack (2 pieces) from a well-known drug store chain. It doesn't have the nice SAAB saying on it, but my daughter and I have been using the pads since January. No matter what you put on it, it's nailed on - simply brilliant. They were also sold out immediately….
Happy Easter from wintery Schleswig-Holstein
What can you say ... “SAAB anti-slip pad. More than an anti-slip pad. "
In sunlight, it would have probably fried eggs
Happy Easter from the Saarland.
