SAAB community. Saab growth and updates.
If there were such a thing as a Saab merit medal, then friend Götz would be a candidate for it. Because he inspired many people for the brand, and he always entices to buy more Saabs ... Götz has been traveling with his Saab friend Dietrich in the last few days - of course buying Saab, what else ...

Dietrich owns a Saab 900 Turbo DeLuxe, which has brought it by publication in the motor classic to some prominence. However, it is not the DeLuxe in the picture, in certain Saab circles there are just rare Sweden without end. Dietrich is now also the proud owner of a Saab 9-5 from 2006, a purchase that should have consequences again. Because Götz is also so excited about the 9-5, that the next day a Saab was bought. A Saab 9-5 for Götz.
Heiko and the Saab 9-3
In January, Heiko bought a Saab 9-3 Aero at the Mobilforum Dresden. His first Saab, and like us wrote he was very happy with it. Was, because after a short time he discovered a strong rust attack on the fender. What is unusual about such a young Saab and so far the first case that comes to my ears. In Dresden, the rust was removed at the expense of the mobile forum and the Saab re-painted.
During this time Heiko was allowed to drive at the expense of the Mobile Forum Mini. Hmm. Even in Dresden, the vehicles from Trollhättan are in short supply, and we have, as Heiko noted, a Saab car dealership without Saabs. But that can change someday. Anyway, Heiko is happy again now and has fun with his Saab.

Max and the Saab 9000 update
6 week ago that I was with Max in Hanau for Saab purchase. For a low amount, we have one Saab 9000 bought, whose future we saw due to optical rust attack not so rosy. Meanwhile, the Saab is approved, and the first visit to the lift brought the all-clear.
What did not look good at first glance was put into perspective. The rust will be removed and the Saab will last longer. With this, Max has made a good purchase and the price paid for the restoration.
I'm happy when Saab stories come to a happy ending.
And something else comes to mind: the Saab community is growing even more. In Franconia, a Saab 9-4x is on the road. A really rare vehicle. Great !

Dear Dietrich, dear Götz,
We wish you a good journey at all times.
Greetings from the south and see you soon,
Nico & Felix
Moin moin, Constantin! Maybe the sun is too low…..
Greetings from the north!
I recognize the license plate from my homeland on the cabriolet, but in natural terms I've never had the Saab there.
Regards
Yes I am happy again. Although I have the experience that Minis are not Saabs. 😉
Now only the news from Sweden has to be correct, which I can drive in the future Saab.
