SAAB Festival Sweden. Saab tour Kiel - Trollhattan.
The countdown for the Saab Festival in Trollhättan is on. In good 8 weeks the time has come! On Thursday, the 30. Saab fans traveling to Gothenburg on the Swedish ferry will meet in May Saab Service Kiel. Historic vehicles from the Swedish brand and also very rare pre-series Saabs have been announced. Reason enough to make a little more of it! We have created a program for our small Saab event and our joint trip to Trollhättan.

The campaign is sponsored by a lot of Saab-Spirit from the German branch of the Saab Parts AB and from Saab Service Kiel.
What can the fans expect in Kiel? The Saab base will be open to the meeting from 15.00 p.m., and historic Saabs from the Lafrentz family's collection can be admired in the showroom. There is coffee and cake, a meeting with nice, slightly Saab-crazy people, and of course Saab conversations to get in the mood for our Sweden tour and the festival.
As a special surprise, every participant who drives to Sweden will receive a personal Saab “rally plate” with the team name printed on it as a reminder of the Saab tour “Kiel - Trollhättan”. Since the plates are limited and individually printed for each team, it makes sense to register early. The design of the tour plates “Kiel - Trollhättan” is very, very Saab and will be presented on the blog next week!

At 17: 45 clock it is time. Together we start in the direction of Schwedenkai and embark in the direction of Trollhättan. The ferry lands against 9: 00 in Gothenburg the next morning, and whoever wants to can take us in a convoy to Saab City. About the newly developed E45 it goes then, without construction sites and traffic jams, in the direction of the northeast. Together we plan to drive directly to the Saab factory and, if possible in front of the main portal, shoot a commemorative photo. Then: the festival is open!
Participants can register here. The rules are simple. It can be any Saab fan who comes with us to Sweden and whose Saab has a German or Austrian approval. Registration for participation in the event is of course free.
