Autumn trip of the SAAB Friends Saxony
The weather forecast had reported almost once again summer temperatures for the past weekend. Bright blue sky and temperatures above 20 ° Celsius. Peter meant well with the SAAB friends Saxony.

The starting point for the autumn departure was Schloss Moritzburg. The route led via Ebersbach, Lampertswalde and Weißig to Val Gardena to the Heideberg tower.
Here you had the opportunity to climb the 162 steps to admire the 29 saws from the top of the 19 high tower or to enjoy the magnificent view towards Meissen or Lauchhammer. Back on the ground, there were a few refreshments for all participants of the exit, next to the hood diving and a lot of SAAB Talk.
Then it went on to Großenhain Airport. Members of the “Flying Museum” association were waiting for us here. There was a guided tour through the club's halls and lots of interesting anecdotes and facts about the club's aircraft.
Many thanks in this way to the organizers of this great trip. It was once again a lot of fun !! We look forward to the next tour in spring 2015.
Hello Thorsten, it is best to contact Tobias or Andreas and pass on your contact details. Both had organized the last meeting and want to continue to take it on according to their own statements. You will then be contacted before the next meeting. So nothing should stand in the way of your attendance at the next meeting. Here are the contact details: Tobias: 0160-90562203 Andreas: 0176-24123851

Hi Mark,
On which platform can you reach the Saab Friends Sachesen to find out when the next excursion is? Google doesn't do anything here ...

That was another beautiful day with many saws. (As I learned from Mark 😉) The route was well selected, it went through many small side roads and so we could not lose ourselves. The highlight of the tour was in any case the visit to Großenhain, I flew past here often with my SAAB but I have never held here until last week.
Many thanks to Tobias and Andreas for the organization.
Greetings Martin
I was there for the first time and for me / us it was an all around successful event that will be back in my diary for next year. It was great to see and experience so many saws. Small talk and exchange of experiences with like-minded people rounded off the event. The joint trip to Großenhain, my wife and I really enjoyed. Thanks to the organizers !!!
Too bad, would have liked to have been there too ... Well, next time again
We'll be back next time, I promise!
