Composition negotiations to take place on 23 March

The Vänersborg District Court ruled today in favor of NEVS 'request for public composition negotiations with their creditors. This ruling follows recent reports that a significant number of the creditors are positive to the proposal where the ones with a claim of over SEK 500,000 would be paid 50% of the amount exceeding this and all smaller claims would be paid in full.

Reorganization extension pending
As mentioned in the Previous post, today's ruling was important, but not the most critical one as there isn't a decision yet on the application to extend the reorganization phase by another three months. This decision is due later this week, so stay tuned for more info.
