Much hot air about nothing ... we have known that for years. There was never enough substance behind it - rather wishful thinking.

Well, that does not seem to work with Mahindra ?! And if the guesses are right, an incredible story!

Then restore one from the MJ93, ... .. SAAB has always stood for technical innovation and maximum safety, as well as leaving out some gimmicks. You don't need a SAAB company to build technically outdated cars.

We are all just onlookers, ... with a little care I will certainly get through to retirement with my vehicle fleet, but sometimes I would like to participate in technical progress!

So, shake your fingers with it again to purtzeln Saabe in Sweden off the belt ... with whoever! the main thing is innovative!

Nope, I do not want an innovative car. I want the classic 900er as a new car. Today I could afford it, in his time he was out of reach. Build the 900 model year 93 again, then you sell lots of cars again. With companies like Jensen or Bristol, that has always worked out to start production again. Morgan is also available with old school products.
The were very minimal model maintained, have until today partly no airbag. You can see that it is possible to build and dismantle such cars. It would help the fans, what does NEVS itch me?

well ... look at you http://www.ardmediathek.de/tv/Reportage-Dokumentation/Die-Story-im-Ersten-Die-Spur-der-Troika/Das-Erste/Video?documentId=26963948&bcastId=799280 that on ...
What you first tell everything in the De in the media, you should not believe all inclusive.

Greece is the reason that some banks still exist ...

Sorry, the comparison does not fit.

I actually thought this was a SAAB blog.

However, I have looked at the post. That the troika raged in Greece and was an extension of the banks, may be true.
However, what is not mentioned in any word is that in Greece there was an elected government that has not tackled any of the abuses such as corruption, nepotism and a lack of tax system and has created appropriate laws and decrees. Why the troika should be responsible for it and thus take over responsibility for those responsible in the country is not at all clear to me.
In general, I miss the self-responsibility of the Greeks and the willingness in their own country to finally tackle the necessary structural reforms in the whole subject. One limits oneself to telling others, above all Germany, what to expect from outside.

In that sense, the comparison of NEVS with Greece, except that they are both bankrupt, does not really fit: NEVS did not do anything useful, but so far has only spent the money of investors and suppliers and not that of a people.

Opposition. Please no shabby, racist-colored neo-liberal stupid joke propaganda. It is enough for me, that I have to throw the NZZ with sharp fingers every day for months in the garbage unread. Thank you.
Best wishes from Switzerland and no offense

Thanks for the link. That's the Saab spirit that I thought I bought with my vehicle.

I honestly do not know if that was good or bad. For NEVS it was certainly an enjoyable decision of the court. How does this affect whether we will get new cars with the name Saab in the foreseeable future? NEVS, even if they come out of the reconstruction, will not get the naming rights so quickly or simply. Looks to me then pretty much for future contract manufacturing. There would be only acceptable comfort for me: Borgward builds in Trollhättan. The matching license plate holder for my future mobile pedestal I would have already.

For NEVS, the only point of the reconstruction is to get out of the matter as well as possible. To “alienate” suppliers, lay off employees and quickly make money out of some things. They are running down themselves. It's all more appearances than it is. I'm sure it won't work under NEVS 'direction and that's a good thing. The Saab Spirit has long since disappeared from the Stallbacka, NEVS has contributed to this in almost every situation. Please close in 3 months and then we'll see.

For whom would there be tangible results for a “final line”? We have already learned how bankruptcy attorneys can sell leftovers from SAAB with unhappy hands.

The much better and more promising option in my opinion would be the current timely entry of a major investor (Mahindra), who puts SAAB back on track.

NEVS has made mistakes (who does not?), But should not be left empty-handed in terms of stamina and some preliminary work (we all do not know the exact status of PHOENIX and the Elektro-SAAB). Also, the suppliers would probably have no future prospects with the involvement of insolvency lawyers and would remain seated on a large part of their claims.

Let's hope that Mahindra really brings back the necessary SAAB spirit to Trollhättan.

Mahindra will back down without naming rights. Saab AB has denied negotiations on naming rights. And there were rumors that Saab AB the bar for a re-assignment of the naming rights probably very, very high, and after the events of recent years rightly. Who wants to buy the NEVS if he does not get Saab?

Well ... I'm a little torn. On the one hand, like a real ending so as not to burden the name SAAB even more negatively and then to reflect on the good old days and to remember the glory days of SAAB. What great cars have come from Trollhättan in over 60 years - generations will remember them!

On the other hand, there is still a little hope that, contrary to all expectations, it will continue and there will be new cars called SAAB.

Will then be renewed in three months certainly again, so that the end of August finally go out the lights.

I do not consider Mahindra an option when I look at the latest SSang Yong models, no thanks. And the other interested Dongfeng is again a Chinese.

Would have been nicer to draw an end now, hope for cars that bear the name of Saab with dignity in the future, there is no more.

If that doesn't work out with the brand name, plan B will at best come about - but even this scenario would not be safe under NEVS.

So let's keep our fingers crossed that SAAB-Vehicle will continue to run on the bands in Trollhättan !!!!!!!!

Yes, in the last few trains ...... ..

And the suppliers are well prepared after the forced copiers. Sure, we are optimists.

I'm curious to see what else can be reconstructed in this shadow of a once proud company ...... ..
Nevs has not been noticed yet by skills in construction.

NEVS is currently in the final stages and wants in the coming weeks an all new 9-3 hatchback and a GM-free 9-5 and
a marketable Phoenix (but probably called 9-S, S as Sport or Sonett) the press imagine.

Investors then only have to strike and production begins ...

Who believes that, is at least happy!

I have always found it very interesting to hear judgments from afar.
As long as the court and the creditors agree, there seems to be a hope for a future for all.
Whether we like it is another matter.
After all, Nevs produces spare parts and is currently finishing the series of the 2014 9-3. So even SAAB's are produced!
Apparently, NEVS managed to make money in the reconstruction, so they are probably not as incompetent as they like to assume. Just because they do not fulfill the dreamer of some here, that does not mean that they do not do a good job, within their means.
Well, I think it is very strange that you are able to keep the work alive, because what is costing something per day is certainly a not to be underestimated amount.
It may have been naive at NEVS, which has affected compliance with the obligations of Qingdao Qingbo Investment Co, Ltd., but also in Germany, some well-known companies have gone through the Wupper because their Chinese partners have not sent the promised money.
A little more thought in the utterances would often be appropriate here, I always thought Saab drivers are not among the lowest education layers.

To have the wages paid by the union, to force the suppliers to a haircut and to produce SAAB's without SAAB trademark rights at a loss is an entrepreneurial achievement?
In the new SAABs, parts are installed that are not paid for at all.
You really need a different level of education to follow these lines of thought.
Or any dependencies on NEVS.

That you felt addressed, that actually says enough.

Nevertheless, a few food for thought:

I remember owners who got their bags full, paid no taxes and drove the store up against the wall, was it a great entrepreneurial achievement?

After all, spare parts are produced thanks to NEVS.

And the reconstruction is a consequence of the Chinese not fulfilling their commitment, so the reconstruction was also approved because, from the court's perspective, the plan was convincing if the money had come.

How do you know that is produced at a loss? And who told you that there is no trademark right for the 2014 model? Swedish law is just as knitted that they are not allowed to pay, but they are paid. It is normal in the automotive industry that the parts are not yet paid when the car is on the belt.

Of particular interest is your claim that wages are paid by the union, I wonder why it is a state wage guarantee and not a union wage guarantee?

So far, there is no haircut and no one is forced, if the majority of the creditors is against it, there is no coercion looks different in my imagination.

I would recommend you to deal with the Swedish bankruptcy law.

Reconstructing a company in such a way that the reconstruction is prolonged, thereby attracting new orders for the company, is, in my opinion, quite a noteworthy entrepreneurial achievement.

I love this omniscience behind which only warm air is!

Really first-class performance that NEVS has achieved. If we should really say goodbye from afar - greetings from northern Germany to Trollhättan!
