98,2 percent of the creditors and 98,6 percent of the amount of the debt to XNUMX percent of the creditors.

500'000 SEK intends to be reduced by 500 percent. Of a total of 000 creditors 50 wants to get their full claim paid.

The payments will be performed in two steps. The first within 60 days from the date that the court's decision is legally valid, and the second step within six months from the same date. The composition as well as the operating costs for the coming months will be financed by Nevs' main owner. Nevs intends to apply for the reorganization as soon as the composition is legally valid in mid-April.

We have been in dialogue with you for a long time. Mattias Bergman, President Nevs, said: "We value the support from our suppliers, with whom we want to continue to develop long-term relationships."

"My duty as Administrator is to secure that the composition is favorable for both the company and the creditors. Todays 'decision creates opportunities for the development of Nevs' business as well as future business potentials for the creditors, "said the Administrator, Attorney Lars Eric Gustafsson, Hamilton Law Firm.

Hello, I'm so sorry. I had not realized that this is the english page of the blog. Sorry! Otherwise I would have posted in english of course. @ kochje: Sorry that you missunderstood me: I did not say, that Saabs of today can not be serviced. I share the opposit opinion 🙂 But indeed I have no idea why I emotionaly should hope that NEVS succeeds. I don't see any connection between my little enthusiasm for Saabs an this company. But hey, everbody as he likes it 🙂

Thanks for this clarification, UII. Happy you agree that the Saabs of today should stay as long as possible on the roads. At least that proves that beauties were perfectly designed and made.

UII, on the other hand, there was a time when Saab had only 17 engineers but they produced a great car! It's not just technology, it's also intelligent design. 🙂

Yes, but these days never come back. It's like Bentley or Rolls-Royce. Craftsmanship does not sell cars if you have the power to innovate your cars and the money to make marketing.

The coverage is certainly well meant. Many Thanks. As a Saab fan, however, I have no emotional attachment to Nevs. Saab as a viral brand does not currently exist. But there are countless Saabs in the world, savvy Saab workshops, a used parts market, Orio and a vibrant fanbase. That's Saab. Nevs is the repeated attempt to force a wall-mounted brand back into the new-vehicle market. That can not succeed because the cars can not be sold. The fan base talks a lot, but most of them do not even have the means to properly service their old Saabs. Saab's former target group has long since migrated to brands that are innovative thanks to their own research and development facilities. Nevs can not be innovative, the resources are missing. NEVS has to shop everything. What can come out at most is a car for a demanding market. Or a car, which has good properties in electrical operation, but otherwise at best average. Let's face it: if there was potential in Saab, the brand would long ago have taken pity on a global player and invested heavily. But there is no queue. Nobody is interested. Only cleaners scent shops. Nothing against the people who try to save in Trollhausen, what seems to be salvaged. But at some point you have to realize that Santa Claus is not coming anymore. No offense. And really many thanks to the makers of SaabBlog.

Please, Ull, there could be some optimism, right?
And why should we not be able to properly service the existing Saabs?
Orio and others offer spare parts.
I will drive my Saabs as long as possible and also take good care of them.
There is nothing better so you have to maintain these cars very well.

There is nothing better that I can agree with, who drives SAAB since 42 years! So all SAAB drivers, give your SAAB care. Saabian greeting Gernot pond

Never thought it would happen, but I'm glad it worked out.
