The conversion from EU to US version is possible for fans in Switzerland. In the EU they do not want to allow us to do it, the bureaucracy is an obstacle in the way. The North American version does not have the necessary certification marks for EU operation on the glass. However, my knowledge is from 2011, from the good old days, should it have become obsolete, I ask Saab partners to correct it.
In addition to the special taillights, the Saab 9-3 Aero XWD has the full deer package on board. Do the taillights approved in North America meet EU safety guidelines? Then it should not fail because of whether the test marks are embossed, glued to the reflector housing or stamped on a data sheet ...
