It does not work without Saab!

A little later than planned now comes my contribution. First to me, I'm only 19 years old and bought myself with center 17 my first car. Actually, this should be a BMW, but then I came back the taillights that have me so excited in the head. The 9-3 SC.

I loved these taillights just before 5-6 years, so it was suddenly solid. It should be a Saab and just 2 months later I had him, too, a Saab 9-3 SC with 182000km on the clock 2006er year (but already interior facelift) and for a novice driver full 150 turbo-horse.

But I also have to say that this was not the first Saab in which I drove with or myself. Since my father already owns his third Saab. But more on that later.

In my circle of friends my Saabine was of course examined immediately, I was allowed to hear one or the other saying “what do you want with a station wagon” it was said often enough. But the doubters were quickly convinced by a small round in this station wagon. So far I have now over 45000km with my Saabine behind me without any major problems, the only thing that had previously caused problems was the EGR valve, otherwise it runs perfectly and has accompanied me well on longer distances.

Already three times to Stuttgart (about 750km one way) even once in a day there and back, but there were no problems and with the leathers sitting and the quiet interior, this can also endure very well. And at the end of this month the time has come again to go back to Stuttgart and I'm just looking forward to the tour. It's just a lot of fun to drive this car, everyone is watching 2 times and it's not unusual to get a thumbs up when driving past another Saab.

Unfortunately, I was already stuck on my way back from vacation with my father's Saab this month: / A Saab 9-5 Kombi 2.3T with 220PS from 2004. Engine damage diagnosis ... Such a ****. But for my father it is certain, either a new engine or a new Saab, but not away from this brand.

My sister is also driving a Saab 9-3, but one from 1998 of my already deceased Grandpa's with this Saab 8. owned new Saab. All in all, we have been a family customer since 1979 at Lafrentz in Kiel. And you will also be advised as well. And for me it is clear that in the next 2 years a new car has to come, of course, a Saab. Preferably a turbo x. But that is still in the stars, first my Saabine accompanies me faithfully and I hope that she will do that many more miles, because without Saab it does not work!

Really good contribution!
I'm also 19 and also addicted to the Saab Spirit. Nice to know that there are other, "younger", people who are interested in Saab.

This post was a pleasure.
Nice, even if Frischautolenker are enthusiastic about SAAB vehicles. Bravo!
Greetings from Switzerland

Great story! I bought 2006 a brand new Saab 9-3 SC. My first new car! Not because I really needed a station wagon, but I liked the taillights so much. Super car! I loved him. Last year we gave it in payment to buy a 9-5 NG. The breakup was not easy and I still miss him! Best regards and good trip!

It's nice to read something like that that other younger people also drive Saabs. I thought I was one of the few in my early 20s.

But great that others think so too

Have a good trip!
