What does a Saab fan without Saab do in winter?

Yes, I know, some people will ask themselves how can you be a SAAB fan without SAAB? The story is simple, I was able to drive a SAAB (1.9TTiD Vector Sportcombi) as a company car (ordered in February 2009 just before GM sent SAAB into bankruptcy).

However, when SAAB collapsed after the Muller acquisition and the lease expired last year, I had to cancel my SAAB. Nevertheless, I had come to appreciate him and of course enjoyed driving to the fullest.

In 3 years, he has traveled with me through 140.000km without any problems. The average fuel consumption over the entire route was 6,9 liters. It went across Germany, in the summer with climate and in winter with auxiliary heating. Of course, through him, like so many SAAB fans, I got to know his country of birth. Well and so I fell for SAAB

Last winter I had to give up my SAAB for the first time. That meant, no morning snow face, which was never a problem thanks to cuddly auxiliary heating. Because after 15 min you could easily sweep away the snow and climb into the pleasantly warm SAAB.

It was also no bear forces on the front wheels, the SAAB effortlessly pulled out of the parking space when the snow was again so high that the competition had to stop, while I could drive with a smile.

But what was at least as bad or even worse, it was also no fooling around with the SAAB in the snow.

So an alternative had to be found, because unfortunately it is not possible for me to own a SAAB next to the new company car (no space and also a SAAB has to be driven).
Since I like to drive sledges in the winter, but so far I did not have any real sledges, I started to search the web. And behold, I came across Tobogganing Friedl.

This offered sledges with all the features my sled should have. In addition, it was possible to paint the woods in the desired shapes, branding various logos and as an absolute highlight you could have the seat printed to his liking. So put together an absolutely unique unique piece.

You may already have guessed it, that's what came out =>

That my new anorak on the back the words Team 93X I noticed by the way only after the purchase, but somehow fits perfectly to the toboggan

By the way, @ Tom, the SAAB Aero Hat hat keeps your head warm.

The toboggan runs wonderfully in the snow, as you would expect from a SAAB. Thanks to the steel steering cable and flexible horns, you can easily put it in the curve.

Unfortunately, only downhill, uphill you have to provide yourself for the necessary propulsion.

And get pleasure? The next winter is sure to come and a SAAB toboggan is guaranteed to be rarely found on the train. Here's the toboggan in detail:

Have fun in the snow, whether with a SAAB or such a toboggan.
