SAAB friends Erftkreis - spring awakening
On the 10. April 2016 should lead us to the spring awakening in the region of the Schwalm-Nette area. Hans and Andi show us the lakes rich landscape of the Lower Rhine near Mönchengladbach.
We will meet on Sunday, April 10th at around 12:00 noon at the Landgasthof Heinen Genhülsen 112, 41179 Mönchengladbach.
We reach Genhülsen via the Autobahn 61, exit Mönchengladbach-Rheydt.
After a possible snack in Landhaus Heinen, we start around 13:30 p.m. on a leisurely ride on the tracks of the 35th Troll Rally 2012 over approx. 50 kilometers. The destination will be the Lüttelforster mill. There you can have a coffee or a piece of cake. After inspecting the participants' cars, or after a long walk in the area, we could also schedule an à la carte dinner together and reserve the necessary seats.

SAAB Club Nord - Spring Tour Insel Rügen
From the 16. on the 17. April the Saab Spring Tour 2016 takes place on the beautiful island of Rügen. For participants with a longer journey there is the possibility to arrive on Friday.
Meeting point for the excursion is on Saturday the 16.4.2016 at 10: 00 clock on the island of Rügen. We will explore the island, drive to interesting places and end the evening together with local delicacies and saabigen expert pamphlets.

We start at 19: 30 clock. The restaurant has its own private parking and offers summer seating in the beer garden. For our regulars' table we have a separate room.

SAAB meeting at SAAB Service Höbold
we organize our 8. To meet! Therefore I “invite” you. To the process: meeting 10hour with us (No, you don't have to be or become a customer! It doesn't matter, it's about the community) There is brunch and some entertainment. Against 12 clock continues in the convoy… Where? Well I don't say! SAAB Stammtisch Karlsruhe - Mittelrhein / Mosel exit
For Friday, the 29.4. 18 PM, a wine tasting is organized at the winery Matthias Müller in Spay am Rhein. We are tasting 6-8 wines, per participant 12-15 Euro are due.
Then we go to a delicious dinner with local specialties in the neighboring Old Posthof.
If you need a place to stay, you can also stay here. One night in a double room with breakfast costs 95 Euro. There are a few double rooms reserved for the Saab exit, but everyone has to book it themselves.
For fresh air lovers there is also a campsite in Spay directly on the Rhine. For two persons with a tent, the overnight stay here costs 17 Euro.
On Saturday we meet at 10 am Autohof Pfalzfeld at the A61 and drive from there to the Moselle. With a view of the Ehrenburg we make the first photo stop and then again cross the spring-like Hunsrück. Then we return to the Loreleyblick Maria Ruh to a small, either hearty or sweet fortification overlooking the eponymous rock.
From here, the route leads partly through the picturesque Middle Rhine Valley, partly through the mystical Hunsrück and finally back to the Moselle, where we have time for a visit to the picturesque Thurant Castle, a walk on the Alkener Moselufer or coffee and cake. Then it's a short drive down to the historically significant Königsstuhl to Rhense, the last and perhaps the best of the day's photo stops. From here it is only a few kilometers to a restaurant, where we can end the day with regional specialties and (for the co-driver) excellent wine from local winemakers.
