The Munich mobility provider is in a crucial phase of corporate development. The construction of the prototypes of the Sion has been secured, but the further challenges before the start of production in Trollhättan are enormous.
The company reports today: Sono Motors has appointed Torsten Kiedel to the company's management board with immediate effect. Torsten Kiedel strengthens the management team
“The financing environment and the lack of venture capital for start-ups are unfortunately still a challenge in Germany. After completing one of the most successful community funding campaigns in Europe, it is now a matter of ensuring through-financing until the start of production of the Sion and thus financial sustainability as quickly as possible, ”says Laurin Hahn, CEO and one of the founders of Sono Motors. "We are very pleased to have Torsten, an extremely experienced colleague and financing expert on board in this crucial phase, who is as enthusiastic and enthusiastic about climate-friendly mobility as we are," added Laurin Hahn.
After the new addition, the management board of Sono Motors will in future consist of the founders and CEOs, Laurin Hahn and Jona Christians, as well as Torsten Kiedel (CFO), Isa Krupka (CMO), Thomas Hausch (COO) and Roberto Diesel (CTO).
