Saab Turbo Cups (Edition 2021)
Saab without turbo is possible. But it doesn't have to be. It's time to pay tribute to the brilliant Saab Turbo thought. With our Saab Turbo cups (Edition 2021) we bring the brave idea of yesteryear to our desk and for breakfast. Because - how could our morning coffee taste better than from an exclusive turbo cup?
After the espresso cups, quite a few readers asked for a coffee cup - in the style of espresso cups, if you go. We meet the former, but not the latter. The turbo cups are a little bolder, even if the shape remains strict Scandinavian. They combine two materials and are not as traditional as the espresso cups. Which doesn't mean that there won't be any large coffee cups in the future that go perfectly with the Saab espresso cups ...
Saab Turbo Cups (Edition 2021)
Of course, we didn't want to offer just any mug. Nothing you can buy anywhere. Our Saab Turbo mug stands on a firm pad in the shape of a tire tread. That gives you hold and grip and goes perfectly with our topic. The tire tread is removable. The cup then loses its grip, but not its stability.
The legendary (and filigree) Saab Turbo logo was (elaborately) engraved by hand into the cup. A logo that will last forever, which all washes in the dishwasher cannot harm. The color contrast of black and white symbolizes the turbo lag that the early turbo engines had. A brave, innocent family car (white) turned into a wild sports car (black) after a moment of thought.

Sustainable and high quality
During production, we took a very close look at where something was being produced. Sustainability and climate-neutral action are important to us, because this is about our hobby and thus about pleasure. Something that must not be at the expense of our environment. It was produced in the EU with a German partner, the result is of high quality and fits our favorite brand from Sweden.
The edition is limited, as with our previous promotions. We had 250 pieces produced, the turbo cups can be ordered exclusively for members of our Aero X Club and holders of the old Turbo Plus subscription. Pre-orders are possible from the beginning of September, delivery starts in the middle of the month.

Was it intentional or a coincidence that these are perfect for sailors? Was it intentional or a coincidence that the AERO subscription as access authorization also provides a reference to a pretty cool name for a sailing yacht?
I once saw three (!) “Carpe Diem” in a single port. Terrible …
How cool would a sailing yacht called “AERO” be that has as many non-slip TURBO cups in its compartment as there are bunks? That would be the perfect sailing yacht for me ...

No it is not. We / I currently run at 120% in real life (in addition to the Saab world), unfortunately not everything works there. Things will look better in September. Please be patient and understanding.
