A car like a wing - the intelligent Mercedes Vision EQXX
Maybe you are like me. As you leaf through old Saab brochures, you wistfully think back to the time when cars in teardrop shape and with fully clad underbody were constructed in Trollhättan. Or, you remember the 9000, the Saab, which demonstrated intelligent lightweight construction. Those times seem to be a thing of the past. Forgotten, gone, and when you see the pack of overweight electric cars, you doubt evolution. Just changing the type of drive does not make a 2,5 ton truck an environmental angel. But now intelligence is coming back (for sure). Mercedes presents the Vision EQXX. A car like a wing, the old Saab engineers would have enjoyed it. A concept that gives hope and shows what electric cars could be like. And are coming soon. Because something highly efficient will soon be rolling out of a previous Saab factory.
