The slightly different view - Saab model range 1979

In 1978 Saab delivered the first turbocharged vehicles. The new 900 came in late summer, and the Saab world began to change. Saab became a synonym for vehicles with powerful turbo engines and occupied a market segment that is called premium in our time. However, evolution took place outside of Sweden, it began in North America. There the expensive turbo models were in demand, in connection with every possible equipment option. In Sweden, on the other hand, they (still) remained in the earlier Saab world, where obviously other qualities were valid. A brochure from 1979 takes us on a journey through time.
