Typical Swedes? Meet the Saab 9-3 Aero generations!

The first Saab 9-3 Aero generation and its successor are separated by much more than just a few years. Between the generations lies a radical change in design philosophy. What once stood for Saab as a Swedish semi-station wagon (hatchback) was no longer considered fine enough a few years later. It had to be a small sports sedan. A break from tradition and our meeting of the Saab 9-3 Aero generations tells what connects both vehicles and what separates them.
