Practical test - refuel Saab 9000 with E10 instead of Super Plus
A practical test began in spring 2021. Our Saab 9000 said goodbye to the Maptun performance kit, an original Saab engine control unit moved in. The T5 APC valve remained, instead of 245 hp there were only 200. The Saab 9000 2.3t had become a 2.3T. With that came the switch from Super Plus fuel to E10 petrol. Since then, the 9000 has only been fueled with fossil energy with an organic admixture. That's easy on the wallet. Is it also good for the Saab and the consumption?
