Why the Saab 9000 is a "hemtrevligt bil".
It's cold, cloudy and it's raining cats and dogs. A typical day in late October, and not one where you chase a classic car out of the garage. Actually... In fact, the Saab 9000 is my winter car. My only car! In contrast to previous years, there is no premium company car waiting in the parking lot that could spontaneously take over.
What have I gotten myself into? October is my first month in which an almost 25-year-old Saab takes over the everyday tasks. This should continue until spring, only then is the 9-5 Aero allowed to leave its winter quarters. Am I already regretting my decision in the middle of the rain and hectic freeway traffic?
We will clarify this question today. But we have another issue. The old 9000 isn't exactly a car that spoils with low interior noise on the Autobahn. In fact, it's also about the fact that the 9000 has suddenly become a much quieter car. How is that possible?
