Workshop Test - New headlights for the Saab 900

There are finally new headlights for the classic Saab 900 to buy. They come, a real surprise, not from Sweden. The German Saab spare parts specialist Skandix AG has taken up the topic after years of no new goods. For the fans of the Saab 900 (to 1993) it was a difficult situation. Reflectors that had become dull had to be vaporized with new ones. It was difficult to find replacements for glasses that had been damaged by falling rocks.

It's over. There are new items that we test in the workshop. Replicas must always be measured against the original. Today we unpack the new headlights and check them in the workshop in Frankfurt-Fechenheim.

Since we are dealing with the topic of light and visibility in the classic Saab, we take the opportunity and also look at the Philips Racing Vision GT200 (H4) as an alternative to the standard illuminant.
