Market check - Saab 9000 CC (1984-1991) - the turbos glow
Saturday morning a few weeks ago. I sit at the MacBook and work on the things I didn't have time for during the week. The smartphone rings, a friend calls. We are planning a private Saab tour for the 6th Saab in Hamburg in May Make decisions. Two Saab 9000 - now there is another one.
A 9000 CC Turbo is stored in one of his garages. Almost a new car that I didn't know before. Get him out and get fit for Hamburg, he asks. Of course, I reply. After all, it was built for driving and for long distances.
As it happened this morning, it is currently happening in many places. Some people will find Saab 9000 CC Turbo in underground garages that have been in Swedish hibernation for years. The turbos were put away because they were once just used cars that were sold off cheaply. That was too much for some, automobile hearts can be sensitive, and he simply packed the Saab away.
Now they're coming back and the turbos are already glowing.
