Layoffs - the downfall scenario at NEVS is becoming more concrete
The dramatic week in Trollhättan leaves concrete traces. However, it's not like NEVS is ready to die a quick death. What began in 2012 goes on forever with drama. Once again, all employees are the ones who suffer. But the company has a long and unpleasant tradition here.
The last wave of layoffs was in August 2021. At that time, the number of employees was reduced from 650 by 289. Currently, 340 employees are said to be employed - for whose wage payments in the future there is obviously no further money available. Therefore, a radical cut is made.
