Former Saab factory premises - parts for sale
The dramatic situation in which NEVS finds itself in Trollhättan unintentionally speeds up some on-site planning. The former Saab factory site is extensive, parts are still undeveloped and were at some point intended as reserve areas for expansion. Other sections are now a huge industrial wasteland with historic halls that are only used to a small extent or have been empty for years.
With the dismissal of the workforce, NEVS built all but 20 employees Turn off, it is now a little quieter on the former factory premises. The future fate of the properties is uncertain. A demolition seems more obvious than the further use of the now aging buildings.
The municipality of Trollhättan would like to at least have a say in the planning. In order to be able to control the development, she needs land and parts of the former Saab plant.
