Long-term marten defense test for Saab youngtimers and classics

A year ago I had enough. After the martens (mustelidae) had regularly afflicted my Saab again, the time was ripe for action. Over the years, the furry predators have repeatedly attacked, sometimes with expensive consequences.

In a humorous way you could only see the bird deposited exactly on the bulge of the ignition cassette, which I luckily discovered before I drove off. Biting through vacuum hoses, pitted casings and devastation in the engine compartment were less funny. After a final bite into a fuel line, I finally had enough.

This was relevant to safety and, had it gone unfavorably, could have resulted in a burned-out Saab. I didn't want to experience that. A mobile and two permanently installed solutions were used as a marten deterrent. Have they performed well over the past 12 months? The long-term test.
