Can an ABS sensor ring be a problem for the Saab 9-3?

The Saab 9-3 Aero Hirsch Performance (2001) is still in the workshop. We work our way from one construction site to the next, but without stress. What makes my pulse rise is much more when parts are no longer available. Simple, cheap parts. But they are essential.

One of these unspectacular spare parts for the Saab 9-3 OG is the sensor ring for the ABS. The ring on the passenger side has blossomed and corroded and can no longer be saved. A mystery is why the Saab doesn't seem to care. He delays without complaint, which shouldn't be. We definitely decide to change the sensor rings in pairs, even though it still looks pretty good on the driver's side.

My pulse picks up speed when the ordering system at Hedin Parts (formerly Orio AB) reports the ring as no longer available. That doesn't exactly sound good.
