Opening of the Saab Saabastian workshop in Neuburg an der Donau
Of course, when a new Saab workshop opens, that's a reason to turn the ignition key in the center console and set off. Neuburg an der Donau stands for a journey of almost 300 kilometers, because it is far to the south. Deepest Bavaria - Eichstätt and Ingolstadt are not far. Undisputed Audi country. But is that also Saab country?
Not really, I would say, if I didn't have concrete insights into the blog's stats. The first announcement that something is happening in Neuburg was read extraordinarily well (Link). And even in the days before the official opening, the link to Saabastian was clicked again and again.
This is exciting.
Together with Lizzi, I drive onto the autobahn on Saturday and fly south. I'm expecting a - let's say - lively little event. But it turns out very differently...
