It can be so relaxing to drive an old Saab
A dear long-time friend doesn't think much of old cars. Not even from old Saab, although she shows them tolerance and goodwill. In fact, she prefers to drive new cars, which she replaces every 4 or 5 years.
There is nothing wrong with that, because it is not acceptable for everyone to be on the road with a 20 or 30 year old promise of mobility. Your current car comes from a major European OEM. It is now 3 years old and the speedometer reads just over 20.000 kilometers.
By Saab standards, this car is brand new, having just rolled out of the paint shop. But even that doesn't protect you from stress and anger. On the contrary! And I find it can be so relaxing to drive an old Saab.
