That's tempting - a Saab 900 police car on a 1:1 scale
This year we already had various Saab police cars as a topic. First a Saab 9-3, then a 9-5, but so far no Saab 900 police car. Which could be particularly tempting, because on a scale of 1:43 there is a Saab 900 Polis (Link) already in many collectors' showcases. The logical idea could be to expand the collection.
On a scale of 1:1.
That would be evolutionary; Darwin would certainly be happy with the idea. And some people might become weak. Because the 900 in its classic form plays with the old, idealized Swedish image. It transports you back to the supposedly good old days; you don't necessarily have to be a Saab enthusiast to like this police car.
Is that really it? I looked at it with a critical eye.
