Stenhaga Invest is now the owner of the former Saab factory
Last Thursday, Stenhaga Invest was finally able to complete the long-awaited deal. The former Saab factory in Trollhättan changed hands again and is now (again) owned by Sweden. The transaction was actually expected to be completed in September. But the deal dragged on.
Stenhaga Invest and founder Svante Andersson will now shape the future of the approximately 80 hectare area. The expectations are enormous, because not only the Stallbacka industrial area is supposed to change completely.
The ambitious goal is to bring car production back to the traditional location. If possible, this should be based on the legendary Saab Spirit.
