A very nice 9-3I three-door in cayennerotmetallic with black leather and the unobtrusive-uncomplicated 2.3i naturally aspirated engine with 150 PS (very relaxed and quiet to drive). Fully checked book maintained.
We took the SAAB out of the circle of acquaintances last year and put it back over the winter months. Well, for the warmer and again salt-free season, we have left him back on the road. As part of this, he passed the main inspection at TÜV Nord in March.
The car comes from the southern German area (the one with the most hours of sunshine per year :-) and has three previous owners:
- SAAB partner Peter Schmid of 1998-2001
- the first private owner of 2001-2008
- The couple from whom we got the SAAB from 2008-2018
The SAAB is fully serviced, first by the delivering SAAB partner (up to 176.950km), then by the local Ford workshop, which has always cared for the 9-3 when needed (last service book entry at 236.273km).
The maintenance history is thus comprehensible, from 2008 also all repair invoices and the associated TÜV reports of recent years exist.
The biggest items in recent years (in addition to regular maintenance) were:
- 229.317km exhaust system (front and rear silencer) renewed
-225.658km Ignition system overhauled (ignition distributor repaired, ignition cable + spark plugs renewed)
- 220.825km brakes rear renewed (discs, pads, 1 handbrake cable)
- 188.981km drive belt renewed (including belt tensioner and pulley)
- 185.000km struts front left + right renewed and wheel bearing front left + right renewed
- 175.888km clutch renewed (including slave cylinder, crankshaft sealing ring, ...)
Otherwise, the car was at least once a year in the local workshop for inspection and inspection.
The equipment is comparatively lush with leather, cruise control, wooden dashboard, heated seats (works on both sides), air conditioning, central locking with radio remote control, modernized radio with USB port, ...
Except for the air conditioning, which is currently not cool because of a lack of parts due to lack of line, mW everything works. The car starts clean and can be in mixed operation with sensible driving with 7,5l Super pro 100km drive.
The body has signs of wear, scratches and dents, as well as rust rusting under the rear side moldings. The interior is, except for not so nice leather of the driver's seat, well preserved.
The cayenne red metallic lights up depending on the incidence of light between copper orange to darker wine red.
The rims are original 15 "rims on good brand summer tires, plus a set of 15" wheels with a good profile.
Overall, the car can be used without restrictions and is technically good together. The external traces can be gradually eliminated, depending on your own wishes, or you continue to attach particular importance to the good state of the art and drive the 9-3 with pleasure.
So also ideal for novice drivers or as a gift for the next generation as the first car.
I make an oil change still fresh. Vacuum hoses, a wishbone support and servo fluid have recently come new.
For fast learners, there is the opportunity until Wednesday (10.04.) To make a test drive with our short-term license plate and after consultation also the transfer journey home.
After that, since we have the 9-3 currently not allowed due to the large number of other SAAB on us, for test drives own license plates necessary.
If interested, I look forward to your message or call, and the cayenne 9-3 to its new owner or owner.
